Order Cancellations
Stock packaging shipping and mail room supply orders ship direct from our automated warehouse and can not be cancelled once you check out and pay online. Please see return instructions below if you decide to not keep your order.
Returns
For stock packaging returns please contact us or call us at (623) 224-7231 for RMA# and return instructions. Or contact your support rep.
Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 10 days of purchase for credit, less 35% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all delivery and return freight and shipping charges on returned orders.
We are not responsible for lost order and recommend insured delivery for all returns.
Specialty and Custom Packaging Products
A 35% Restocking Fee applies to all cancelled orders.
Changes to custom made or custom printed products must be done in writing before any plates, tooling, or
products/material is made.
Custom made or printed items, or quantities that we do not regularly stock are NCNR (non-cancellable, non-refundable).
Minimum Order
Items may have a minimum quantity they must be purchased in.
Custom made packaging minimums will depend on the commodity.
Clients are responsible shipped quantities, manufacturing rule of industry standard of 10% over/under applies unless otherwise stated on estimates.
Pricing is based on volume quantity ordered, shipped, material, and how many ink colors and type of printing.
Specialty packaging items may have a minimum case quantity, or a minimum invoice or lot charge.
Pricing Payments and Minimum Order
We try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions
and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change anytime or fluctuate without notice.
Upon reordering we can verify costs and notify you of any industry manufacturer increases.
Shipping
Stock material orders ship direct from warehouse locations and storage facilities across the U.S., and are shipped prepaid via best way.
Your approved choice of service and delivery charges will be added to your invoice when you check out and pay online.
Payment Options
Within the U.S. we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Paypal.
Payment is due at the time of order.
Orders over $3000 require ACH electronic bank payment or check prepay with a 10-day order hold.
Overseas customers please contact us for payment information.
Liquid Spout Bags
Orders ship UPS Ground Free Delivery in USA to the Continental 48 States.
Liquid Bag Orders are NRNR Non-Returnable, Non-Refunable for any reason.
Samples are NOT available. We offer small count ordering on most of our liquid pour spouted bags.
