LUMICLIP ROTOLOC

Black triwall clips offers a unique tamper evident feature utilizing off the shelf seals. The one standard tri-wall fastener, comprising of just four components, assembles adjustably to all heavy duty corrugated boards from 8 mm to 15 mm in thickness (CA, AA, AAA & BCB flutes). Quick and easy to fit. Works across a range of heavy duty corrugated board grades. Easy to use, even with gloved operators. Roto clips are secure and offers tamper evidence. Prevent pilfering and theft by using a tamper evident seal or serialized truck seal to secure your pack.

Rotoloc Tool 

Lumina offers a fitting tool for the two assembly positions to suit double and triple wall corrugated boards (AC, AA, BCB and AAA flutes for example). The product is designed to fit 64 mm diameter die cut apertures. Due to the plethora of boards grades and liner weights available and whether apertures are die cut or manually cut with a hole saw, the Rotoloc fitting tools have been developed to aid consistent and proper fit and function across a range of board grades.

If boards are die cut, the crush adjacent to the cut aperture usually ensures a correct fit for Rotoloc, even if just fitted by hand. However, in heavier board grades, or if apertures are cut manually, the easy to use Rotoloc fitting tools will help to ensure proper fit and function.

Fitting Aid Tool is used to slightly crush the board at the aperture (whether die cut or manually cut) and is used against the board face which will be adjacent to the Key and Keyhole components. Fitting aid 1 is simply tapped into the aperture with a mallet to achieve the crush.

The fitting tool is placed over the Key and Keyhole components during assembly and tapped with a mallet to properly ‘seat’ the fastener components into the board apertures. This fitting aid is particularly helpful when fitting the Key component to ensure it can spin freely. 

These simple and quick operations can be used separately or in conjunction to ensure proper fit and function across a range of boards and assembly situations. Operators generally achieve a feel for these aids after just a few initial corrloc assembly runs and go on to provide reliable and consistent fit and function fastener after fastener.
